For those wishing to do the same programs, but somewhat closer to home (or, at least, the United States), Ave Maria University, outside of Naples, Florida, will be hosting the same courses (minus the Hebrew) next summer. This summer, Christophe Rico taught the Greek course while Bradley Ritter taught the Latin. Here is a post with a video of Dr Rico and Dr Ritter introducing the picnic lunch in Greek and Latin respectively:
