The Classical Summer School of the American Academy in Rome is now taking applications for the 2013 program. The six-week, intensive program in the history, archaeology, and topography of Ancient Rome is open to graduate students of classics, ancient history, and art history, secondary school teachers of Latin and related subjects, and advanced undergraduate students. Please note that this year the application is online. Instructions and link are provided on the AAR website. The deadline for applying to the Classical Summer School is January 18, 2013. However, some scholarship deadlines are earlier.
