First of all, apologies for the lack of any updates for the past couple days … I’ve been fiddling with assorted things to make it easier for me to keep on top of the deluge of Classics-related news items that seem to fill up my mailbox far too quickly. With that in mind, however, I have decided that I really cannot maintain the Calendar thing for conferences and the like; it’s simply too much work for too little return, so you will see that disappear in the next day or two. I will resume posting Calls for Papers and Conference programs more frequently to make up for it. For European conferences, the Compitum site does an excellent job of keeping on top of things. For this side of the pond, the APA’s conference category as well as our own conference category should cover all the Calls for Papers and Conference announcements, albeit not in calendrical format.
That said, I’ll now see how well all this fiddling works out … Happy Pi day everyone …
